By purchasing from Echoes of the Prophets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Products & Services We offer both physical products (A1 size charts) and digital downloads. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our product images, slight variations in color or print quality may occur depending on your screen settings or local printing services.
2. Orders & Payments All orders must be paid in full before processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
3. Shipping & Delivery Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct; we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on courier service (see our Shipping Policy for details).
4. Digital Downloads Once payment is confirmed, digital products are delivered instantly via a download link. Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once the link has been accessed or downloaded.
5. Returns & Refunds Physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright All designs, layouts, and product content are the exclusive property of Echoes of the Prophets and are protected by copyright law. You may use our products for personal or educational purposes only. Reselling, redistributing, or reproducing our designs without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
