Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders worldwide.

1. Order Handling Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment is confirmed.

2. Transit & Delivery Time Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom (Domestic): 3–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance).

Please note: Total delivery time = Handling time + Transit time.

3. Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes Echoes of the Prophets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
