🖼️ Physical Products (A1 Size Chart)

Returns: You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process: Please contact us at aliaszakir@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

💻 Digital Downloads (Instant Files)

All digital products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed, due to the nature of the product.
If you experience any issues with the file (corrupted or missing content), please contact us and we will ensure you receive a functional replacement immediately.

🚚 Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
